Jessica Stroeder is a Regina-based organist pursuing a Bachelor of Music Education at the University of Regina. She is also the Organ Scholar at Holy Rosary Cathedral and is working towards obtaining her Associate RCCO diploma next year. Jessica completed her Level 8 RCM piano examination with distinction before shifting to organ in 2019, and has since received scholarships from the University of Regina, the Regina Music Festival, and various Churches across Canada for her organ playing. She also placed second in the Gordon C. Wallis Pipe Organ Scholarship Competition in the fall of 2020. Jessica has accompanied several choirs and ensembles on piano and organ, and spends her Friday nights teaching organ and music theory to young musicians in Regina. Beyond her organ playing, Jessica enjoys singing with the Halcyon Chamber Choir, playing clarinet and piano in the University of Regina Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band, and composing choral repertoire for religious and secular settings.
