Jazz Vespers Goes Low on Tech, High on Prayer

Jazz Vespers @ Knox on Wednesday March 18th, 2020 was an "Online Only" event on Wednesday night, March 18th, 2020.  Peter Woods, Minister at MacKay United Church joined Pastor Jim for a service of inspiring Jazz and prayers focused on concerns related to the COVID19 pandemic, with focused prayers for                                 

• health care workers
• civic leaders
• faith communities
• vulnerable sectors, including street friends, elderly, people hospitalized or in care facilities
• proprietors and employees of Elgin Street retailers, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops
• students from various campuses, particularly those needing to move from University residences
• people with COVID19 and others self-isolating, or feeling alone

Though it was quite low-tech, it was high on prayer.
