The Knox Thrift Sale will take place at Knox on Saturday October 25, 2025 from 8:30 to 14:30. The sale will offer gently used / "thrifted" items (as well as coffee and baked goods) at a low cost  to support our community, while also raising some funds for Knox’s building and programs.

Volunteers and donations are needed to make this event a success! Anyone who is interested in volunteering or donating items can speak to Aidan and/or Lauren Elliot in Geneva Hall during coffee hour (they will be at a table with sign-up sheets and more information every Sunday until the event). Donated items can be given directly to Aidan and Lauren during coffee hour, or they can be placed in a designated bin in the coat room of the Sanctuary.

If you wish to consider donating, we are looking for:

  • Gently used / new household items (dishes, utensils, small appliances, art / decor, small furniture, lamps, linens, tools, storage and organization, tech, etc…)
  • Gently used or new school supplies, bags, etc…
  • Gently used / new clothing
  • Books
  • Coffee (Take away)
  • Baking

Volunteering opportunities include:

  • Baking
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Set up and/or clean up
  • Assisting with a table / cash during the sale

Any questions? Please contact Aidan or Lauren at their table in Geneva Hall on a Sunday morning, or contact the church office.
