For anyone new to Knox Church or the Christian faith, Pastor Jim is holding another series of classes to answer your questions and offer an introduction to the teaching, ministry, mission and opportunities for service at our church.
We'll also discuss details about mission organizations we partner with in the city; our denomination called The Presbyterian Church in Canada; and how we relate to other Christians around the globe, as well as people of other faiths or no religious affiliation. We do this all by using the document, Living Faith as our guide, a short contemporary Presbyterian statement of faith.
We'll meet for a series of six 1.5 hour sessions on Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, beginning October 22nd. You can join us either in person or online. Send an email to pastor.jim.pot@rogers.com if you're interested in attending or perhaps curious and have some questions in advance.
