Knox participates in Doors Open Ottawa, which has brought as many as 450 people into Knox in early June. Many are our neighbours who have always been curious about what was inside the beautiful church they walked by every day. We need greeters (who say hello to people in the Narthex where information is available, and keep track of numbers) and guides. Guides give a brief description of part of the church—the sanctuary, the great east window, and the west window in the balcony. Lots of material is available to read up on about the church. Pamphlets are available for visitors. Greg Fyffe is there all weekend if you want to pass a question on to him.

Doors Open happens on the Saturday and Sunday of the first weekend in June. There are four shifts on Saturday and two on Sunday and we will need a few more people for both days.
