We are located at the corner of Elgin and Lisgar Streets, just south of Ottawa's City Hall.
As part of our efforts to honour our Indigenous neighbours, we acknowledge the Algonquin Anishinaabe people, upon whose traditional and unceded territory Knox Church resides.
Our street address is 120 Lisgar Street.
Our accessible street address is 227 Elgin Street.
Routes 5, 14, and 18 service Elgin street with stops at Lisgar (southbound) and Cooper (northbound). In addition, the Transitway has stops five blocks from Knox church at Slater at Metcalfe (eastbound) and Albert at Metcalfe (westbound). For maps and schedules, visit OC Transpo.
While Knox does not have its own parking lot, there’s plenty of parking near the church – some of which is free.
Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings – though please leave spaces closest to the church available for those who might have aceessibility concerns.
The City Hall parkade, just north of Knox Church, is also available on weekends for $2.00. There are two entrances to the parkade, one at the corner of Elgin Street and Nepean Street, the other on Laurier Street on the north side of City Hall across from Confederation Park.
The city offers numerous options for bicycle parking in the downtown area.
